BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The core business of the administrator, Fairlife Benefit Services (Pty) Ltd is to provide Beneficiary Fund Administration. Tracing of beneficiaries and any other services offered at Fairlife are a support function to the organization's core business. The functions of this entity are directed by a board of directors; two of the three directors of the Company are in management while the Chairman is non-executive.

Arthur Ngcobo - Non Executive (Chairman)

A self-motivated and hardworking Chartered Accountant with experience in internal and external auditing, project appraisal and monitoring. Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team. Proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve organizational objectives. An effective communicator at all levels within an organization. Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Arthur is a Full Member and Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA); he holds a Master's Degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa. Also He holds a B' Com degree in Accounting from the University of Swaziland.

He is the Finance Manager of Tibiyo TakaNgwane where among other duties he monitors performance of associate and subsidiary companies, assesses new business proposals by carrying out project appraisals. He also evaluates expansions, acquisitions and mergers.

He has served on various boards including Parmalat Swaziland Ltd, Swaziland Sugar Association, Swaziland Cane Growers Association, Swaziland National Airways Corporation, Swaziland Post and Telecommunications Corporation and he is an Alternate director at both Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation and Ubombo Sugar.

Zwelisha Mabuza

Zwelisha holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Swaziland (PGCE), a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the National University of Lesotho, a qualification in the Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management with the University of South Africa. He also holds the Senior Management Development Program (SMDP) with the University of Stellenbosch.

He has extensive experience in Retirement Funds management as well as a regulatory understanding.

Nhlanhla Kunene

Mr Nhlanhla Kunene has been employed with Fairlife Benefit Services since inception of the company in January 2012 as the Finance and Operations Manager. He has previously worked within the banking sector for 21 years beginning as a junior clerk and progressing through the ranks to become Head of Internal Audit. Prior to joining Fairlife Benefit Services, he worked as Human Resources Manager for a year and was in self-employment for 5 years. He possesses a Diploma in Accounting and Business studies and has received extensive training in internal auditing, operational management and Retirement Fund management.

The CEO is responsible for the efficient execution of all the business processes and financial aspects required to successfully run the operations of the company as well as the day-to-day affairs and activities of the organization.
